Hamoudi Mosque is one of the best examples of mosques in the city. It is small compared to many of Islamic buildings and mosques in many countries but this place is equally well made, nicely maintained and is peaceful. It is a very simple mosque with whitewashed walls with green paint in between, as the color green is holy for the Muslims. There is no entrance fee here and the best time to see this place is during Friday of every week during Ramadan. Landmarks are Lycee de Balbala and the city’s central market.
