This museum stores Hong Kong’s age old historical and cultural heritage. It was established in the year 1975 by the urban council. This museum consists of a collection of archaeological, historical and ethnographical elements. One will be amazed to know that this 7000 square meter space has managed to store the rich and lavish history of Hong Kong. Visiting this museum gives an insight of an altogether different face Hong Kong. You can visit this museum by foot as it is on a walking distance from Hung Hom Station of Mass transit railway also called as MTR.
