It is an integral part of the King Abdulaziz Darat which is an institute and a library which is dedicated to the Arabian History. The palace is located outside the original city walls. It is a living example of the Royal Arabian Life of the past which has been preserved by the Saudi government. The upper floors of the palace has private apartments, political offices and reception salon which can be visited by the tourists. The lower floor has store rooms and the guard’s room.
