The Changi Museum depicts the past history of Singapore during the Second World War. The site also has Changi Chapel, which used to be a prison in the past. The museum has collections that takes through the journey of Singapore’s turbulent past. The visitors can witness some old forts, underground bunkers and war memorials. The museum portrays the true picture of military heritage of Singapore during the Second World War. The museum also organizes a Battlefield Tour that explains the reasons behind the fall of Singapore during the war. The tour allows the visitor to get acquainted with the strategies, plots and actions performed during the war. This place is an important educational and resource center that can create a moving experience for its visitors because of its excellent exhibits.
