Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy
JustOrbit is able to accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Diners card, Net Banking, Cash Cards, American Express

JustOrbit require full payment in advance of tour/service in order to secure your reservation.

The total cost of the tour(s)/service(s) will be automatically converted into Indian Ruppes and the same amount will be charged from your Credit Card or any of the payment method selected. Your credit card company or bank may charge your a conversion charge.

In some tours/services instant confirmation may not be available, where ever stated, in such cases the total tour cost will be blocked on your payment method for a maximum preriod of 72 hours. If confirmation is not received during this periord the total amount would be released and credited to your credit card account or the payment method selected.

Cancellation charges depend on the country/city where the package is booked for. Please see the unique policies of each tour package listed on main pages of the website.

In the event of cancellation of tour packages/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s Justorbit must be notified of the same in writing. To cancel your booking you must send us an e-mail to support@justorbit.com with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line and quoting your booking details.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date JustOrbit receive advice in writing. JustOrbit do not charge for bookings that have not yet been confirmed. Your booking will only be confirmed once you have completed full payment.

Unless otherwise stated on the activity/tour page, the following cancellation policies apply to all confirmed bookings:
31 days or more prior to arrival: 15% of the Tour package / service cost
16 to 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour package / service cost
8 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour package / service cost
Zero to 07 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour package / service cost

Late arrivals or No Show: No Refund at all

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated.

It is obviously implicit that there shall be no refund at all if the client does not or cannot make use of any of the services like sightseeing, rides, cruises, shows, theatre, events and optional tours etc. Further, entry & attraction tickets and gift certificate are non-refundable in all circumstances. Furthermore, for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. JustOrbit do not bear any responsibility to refund.

JustOrbit cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, if as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather, political demonstrations, airline and train delay, traffic jams.

JustOrbit will do its best to contact you as soon as possible to either offer you the tour/service with a suitable substitution, reschedule you to a different tour/service, or provide you with a partial refund.

JustOrbit reserve the rights to do any change in your Holiday program due to unexpected conditions. JustOrbit also reserve the right to cancel tours and amend fares and days of operation.

Other cancellation and refund policies:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.
If you’re booking is made through one of our agents, then their booking procedures, policies, terms and conditions will apply and not those of JustOrbit.

So be thoroughly informative about the cancellation policies and charges that you are booking

Canceling any booking results in notification via email or telephone of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees assessed.

Refunds Processes:
No refunds will be made without the proper and original documents.

Any and all refunds issued by JustOrbit for any and all transactions will be made according to the following policies.
  • Cash payments will be refunded via cheque.
  • Cheque payments will be refunded via cheque, payable to the person or organization named on the original check presented for payment.
  • Credit Card payments will be refunded to the original credit card presented for payment.

JustOrbit will process your cancellation/refund request within 1-7 business days.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processes may vary. When you use our website, it means that you accept those changes.
