Discover Scuba Diving in Mykonos at Lia Beach
Kostas was extremely professional and made the entire experience a once in a lifetime event. He picked me up from the hotel, walked our small class (three students) through a thorough understanding of the equipment, and provided encouragement and practice before we set out on our first dive. The equipment is outstanding, and the Discovery Dive takes place from shore. You literally walk into the Mediterranean and start swimming. It was easy to learn, and the underwater scenery was like swimming in a huge and beautiful aquarium with sand, sea grass, and schools of fish. The owner is also a marine biologist with a great sense of humor, and his scholarly knowledge and love of his work made the experience even more fun.
As an added bonus, Kostas took numerous breathtaking photos of our dive and emailed them to the class that evening. I highly recommend this!!
