Come and explore the 1000 year old, dwellings, animals and artic facts of our celic ancestors, The Crannog people. In the 15th century the medieval castle was built which was restored by the Craggaunowen Castle in the 16th century. You can get the look of the country side and the view of the lake as the castle stands on the crag. There are some rare and interesting animals breeds like soy sheep and wild boar which you can observe, which belong to the ancient era. Visit ‘togher’ or Ireland’s earliest roadways from the 148 BC.
