Shopping spree at Bonsecours Market

Bonsecours Market is a two-story domed public market located at 350 rue Saint-Paul in Old Montreal. It was the main public market in the Montreal area for more than 100 years. It also briefly accommodated the Parliament of United Canada for one session in 1849. Presently, the market is multipurpose facility which is an up-scale mall that houses outdoor cafés, restaurants and boutiques on the main and second floors. There are also hall and banquet rooms which are rented on the lower and upper floors. Bonsecours Market was also designated a National Historic Site of Canada.
