Cento Historico is the central neighbourhood in Mexico City focused mainly on Zócalo or main plaza and extending in all directions for a number of blocks, with its farthest extent being west to the Alameda CentralIt. The Supreme Court building, Saint Augustine House, Facade of Palace of Iturbide, Torre Latinoamericana, Museo Nacional de Arte and View of the Palacio de Correos are just a few of the experiences you will come across along your exploration of the centre. This is literally the heart of Mexico City since it has been built by the Spaniards to what it is currently called now. This is also a World Heritage Site and also hosts a large number of museums. This is the entirety of Mexico’s culture, heritage and history condensed into a central plane.
