The Adelaide is a situated on King William Street, in Adelaide, South Australia. The town hall was built in 1866 by the former town Mayor, Edmund Wright. The Town hall is situated at a central location. It makes it easily accessible to the public. Numerous public parking areas and a wide choice of accommodation to choose from. Public transport options are also accessible from the town hall.

The architecture of the town hall makes it one of the heritage buildings in South Australia. It also is one of the prized possessions of the people of Adelaide. The town hall also plays host to a number of various worldwide concerts and events all-round the year. The Auditorium holds the $1.3 m Walker & Sons Organ.  The Auditorium also has a $300,000 Steinway Grand Piano available for hire use.

The town hall gives a palatial feeling when you enter through its doors. The town hall is a combination of historical and up-to-date grandeur.
