Go on a ride of the old city by a Subte

A subte is what the locals call the subway. It’s a really inexpensive and fun way to travel around the city, especially if you are visiting the less-visiting sections of the city in Line A. This is the oldest subway system in South America from the 1913. The subway trains in this heritage vehicle still have the old but well-maintained wooden benches. The panels and doors are wooden as well and there is a conductor to open doors as stations instead of automatic doors. If you want to see some old-world charm them this is for you. The best place you can use this to go to is the Almagro which holds a book fair every Sunday.
