Churute is one of the amazing places in Ecuador. For bird lovers, nature lovers and even for adventure junkies, this place is off the scale. There is really no need to get an elaborate tour guide from the city that will only cost you more for the same thing. Instead come from the city by bus, which is going to cost you only 1 USD per person. The journey is comfy enough and throughout the journey you can see the amazing views of the Ecuadorian countryside. Boat rides here will cost 90 USD for 3 hours through mangrove forests and pretty and quaint backwaters. If you want to hire the services of a guide here then that will take an extra 45 USD. There are many fauna to see here like crabs, anteaters, woodpeckers, ducks and herons. This popular reserve and woodland is home to wide variety of trees like ebony, oak, balsa and silk-cotton trees. From the city of Guayaquil the distance is 40 km and the journey takes 50 minutes. You can get buses from the seafront bus stand Base Naval Sur-Norte. The town of Naranjal is the landmark. The address is Avenida La Puntilla, Samborondon, Ecuador.‎
