Yanahuara is just an easy stroll from the centre of the city of Arequipa. This neighbourhood houses a pretty 18th-century church, a small plaza and a spectacular viewpoint from where you can marvel at Arequipa and the famous El Misti. Yanahuara gives a sense of space and peace to its guests and if you are there during the day you can wander around the tiny village streets and see what local people are up to in their daily life.
