There are two things that the shopping life of Dubai is famous for it is for gold and spices. The quality and variety and designs or Arabia are renowned, both the traditional and the modern gold ornaments. The designs on the gold ornaments are elegant. Equally renowned are the spices that you can get here, which are brought fresh from the markets of Arabia and from beyond as well. A visit to a spice souk will literally blow your mind with the pleasant smells of cardamom, cinnamon, frankincense and more. To buy gold go to Gold Souk in Madinat Zayed Shopping Center. Each Abra carries 20 people at a time and sometimes it can also offer romantic experience to its passengers. The Abra ferry people through Bur Dubai’s textile souk to Deira. The Abra owners also offer an entirely enjoyable one hour private trips. The passengers can also enjoy marvellous views of Bastakia’s glowing wind towers on one side and Deira’s glossy skyline on the other. Dubai is situated around a desert and so it is bound to get hot during the day time. So it is natural that after coming back after a gruelling day of adventure sports you want to cool off at the beach. One thing to remember is that the beach is divided in 2 areas: for women, for men and for couples. It’s a real treat to take a walk on the grass at this verdant park, as it’s a couple of degrees cooler than the beach. Fronting onto a long stretch of sand, the park has lifeguards on duty, a children’s play area, barbecues, picnic tables, walkways and kiosks.
You can spend an amazing time here and relax for the whole day as the next day you need to head to Abu Dhabi for an amazing day trip.

Two things catch the eye are the emirate's flag, as big as a bus, atop a 360ft pole, and the remarkable Capital Gate building, with a built-in lean of 18 degrees. The Avenue at Etihad Towers is a new mall dedicated to high-end fashion. Then turn in a few blocks to visit Qasr al Hosn fort, the oldest building in the city. As for eating out, the choice is colossal, from Ethiopian, via the kitchens of the Middle East and Europe, to Iran.
