I wish to travel to Cairo, Cape Town, Dar Es Salaam, Johannesburg, Kigali and Nairobi on my 8-10 days tour to Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda in the month of November. I must appreciate the choice of destinations that are reflects an adventurer in you and your friends but in the time span of 8 to 10 days you won't be able to cover more than two countries of Africa. If you try doing that you would end up entangled in managing budget and transfers. According to your interest I would suggest you to visit Nairobi, Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Flights

There are many flight options available as per your trip, but I would suggest you to travel via Kenya Airways, Kulula Airlines and South African Airlines. The total budget of your flights from Nairobi to Johannesburg, Johannesburg to Cape Town and return ticket from Cape Town to Nairobi will cost nearly 69940 Kenyan Shillings KES per person.
 

Flights Schedule

 
Flight 1
The flight no. 762 of Kenya Airways will take off at 08:35 am from Nairobi and will land in Johannesburg at 11:50 am. 
 
Flight 2
The flight no. 101 of Kulula Airlines will take off at 06:25 am from Johannesburg and will land in Cape Town at 08:35 am. 
 
Flight 3
The return flight from Cape Town to Nairobi also has a flight change at Johannesburg. The flight no. 378 of South African Airlines will take off at 05:45 am from Cape Town and will land in Johannesburg at 07:45 am, and after waiting for three hours and ten minutes you need to board flight no. 761 of Kenya Airways. The flight will take off at 10:55 am from Paris and will land at 04:55 pm in Nairobi, the same day.

Day 1

On the first day, we will be visiting the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya
 
It is a great place to see some cool things such as lions in their natural habitat or the great migration. You will also get to see some natural predators such as the cheetahs, and leopards hunting and Zebras, Elephants, Hippos, Buffalos and other such animals.
 
You will return to your hotel as the day ends. The entire day will be spent roaming in the hot African sun and you will need to rest for the next days’ trip.

Day 2

On the second day, you can visit the famous Great Rift Valley. 
 
It is also known as the Fish river valley and is the second largest canyon in the world. It is a beautiful sight to see indeed, and you can spend hours just marveling at the beauty of nature. It is 160 kms long and about 96 kms wide, and the Fish River has been responsible for the creation of this valley over many years. 
 
This valley is in the northern part of the park Hobas, which is a beautiful picnic spot, where you can spend your evening.

Day 3

You can visit the Serengeti National Park on the third day. 
 
Serengeti is the most famous African Safari tour destinations. You get to see many exotic animals such as the lions, the zebras, elephants etc. It is the largest protected savannas, and is a UNESCO world heritage site. Visiting the Serengeti will contribute to the upkeep of the country’s economy. 
 
You will return to the hotel after a hectic day.

It will take you about 4 hours to travel from Nairobi to Johannesburg via flight. Johannesburg is a beautiful city, and one of South Africa’s most important cities and you can find various places to visit.

Day 4

The first day in Johannesburg, you will be visiting Soweto.
 
One of the most preferred tourism spots in Johannesburg is the Soweto - which is an acronym of South Western Townships. It was supposed to be a temporary housing township for the miners at the gold mines in the region. It has now grown to be one of the biggest cultural hubs in South Africa. Some of the must visit site include The Mandela family museum, and the Credo Mutwa village.
 
You can spend the evenings imbibing local cultures and have authentic South African meals at local restaurants.

Day 5

You can spend the second day visiting Apartheid museum and Lesedi cultural village. 
 
The apartheid museum is aimed at giving the visitor a comprehensive view on the 20th century apartheid suffered by Africa. It is a non-profit complex, and costs R55 for adults’ entry and costs R40 for kid’s entry. It is open from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed on Mondays, Good Fridays and Christmas.
 
The Lesedi cultural village is a great place to meet locals who practice traditional South African lifestyles. Set among the rocky hills, the setting takes you back in time to much simpler times and is just an hour’s drive from Johannesburg
 
You can opt to stay overnight at the village, where you will be given a hut of your own.

Day 6

Day 3 can be dedicated to visiting the Cradle of Humankind. 
 
It was declared a world heritage site in 1999 by UNESCO and lies 50 kms northwest of Johannesburg. Cradle of humankind has been the place of discovery of many hominine fossils known to mankind. Apart from the many fun activities you can partake at the Cradle of Humankind, one of the most famous one is the Balloon ride, where you can see the vast expanse of land from air.
 
You can stay overnight in Johannesburg and leave for Cape Town the next day.

Day 7

On your first day in the city, you can go on a city tour in the open top sightseeing buses.
 
You can visit the Table Mountain for breathtaking sights. You can go shopping at the two oceans aquarium and the VampA waterfront and grab a bite to eat as well. 
 
You can catch the sunset at the Camps Bay Strip and end the day with a dinner in any of the fine restaurants in the city.

Day 8

The second day of your visit is set aside to visit some scenic locations in Cape Town
 
You can visit the Cape point, which is a part of the Table Mountain. It is a scenic spot with a diverse flora and fauna. 
 
You can stop at Boulders beach, Simons Park to visit one of the few the land penguin colonies.
 
You then stop over at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden for a nice picnic in the evening.

Day 9

The final day is set aside for a boat ride around Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was once imprisoned.
 
You can visit the wine lands in Cape Town and savour the delicious wine with cheese, olives chocolates and other delicacies. 
 
You can spend the evening having traditional Cape Town meals at really good restaurants littered around town.
